What age groups do you cater for?
Lili’s Early Learning Centre provides care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our age-based programs include Nursery, Toddler, and Kindergarten, each designed to support your child’s development every step of the way.

What are your operating hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 6:30pm (excluding public holidays). This gives families flexibility with drop-off and pick-up, and ensures children have a full day of learning, rest and play.

Do you offer government-funded Kindergarten?
Yes. Lili’s offers a government-funded Kindergarten program for eligible children in the year before school. It’s delivered by qualified early childhood teachers and follows the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.

Are meals provided?
Yes. Nutritious, home-style meals are freshly prepared each day by our on-site cook. We cater for a range of dietary needs and introduce children to seasonal, wholesome foods that support their growth and wellbeing.

How do I enrol my child?
Enrolling is simple. You can book a tour via our website or contact us directly. After your visit, we’ll guide you through the enrolment process and answer any questions about fees, orientation or availability.

Is there a waitlist?
Some rooms may have limited availability, so we encourage families to join our waitlist early. This helps secure your preferred days and start date.

Do you offer casual days or flexible bookings?
We do offer casual bookings where possible, depending on availability. Please speak with our Centre Manager about flexible care options that suit your family’s needs.

What’s included in the daily fee?
Our fees include all meals, nappies, wipes, sunscreen, learning materials, excursions, and enrichment programs such as music and movement. There are no hidden costs.

How will I know how my child is going during the day?
We use a secure app to share photos, daily updates, learning stories and messages. You’ll always feel connected to your child’s day, even when you’re not there.

How do you support children during orientation?
We offer a personalised orientation process to help your child settle in gradually. Families are welcome to attend multiple orientation sessions so your child can become familiar with our educators and spaces.

What suburbs do you service?
We are located in Hoppers Crossing and proudly welcome families from nearby suburbs including Tarneit, Truganina, Wyndham Vale, Werribee and Point Cook.

How do I claim the Child Care Subsidy (CCS)?
Families can apply for CCS through Centrelink via myGov. Once enrolled at Lili’s, we’ll finalise your enrolment in the Child Care Subsidy system and help you understand your entitlements.
