Information for Enrolled Families

Supporting your family at Lili’s Early Learning Centre Hoppers Crossing

At Lili’s Early Learning Centre Hoppers Crossing, we’re committed to making your experience smooth and positive from enrolment onwards. Whether you’re from Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Truganina, Werribee or Wyndham Vale, our team is here to support your child’s learning and care journey every day.

Orientation and settling in

We understand starting at a new centre is a big step for children and families. Our tailored orientation sessions help your child settle in gradually, building familiarity and trust with educators and peers. During these visits, we get to know your child’s routine, likes and needs, ensuring their transition into care is as comfortable as possible.

What to bring each day

To ensure your child has everything they need for a comfortable and happy day, we ask families to pack:

  • A sun hat for outdoor play

  • A water bottle

  • Spare clothes in case of accidents or water play

  • A comfort item if needed (dummy, teddy, blanket)

  • Bottles and formula for babies (if applicable)

We provide everything else your child needs throughout the day, including:

  • Fresh, nutritious meals and snacks prepared onsite daily

  • Nappies and wet wipes

  • Sunscreen for outdoor play

  • Catered meals to suit dietary requirements, introducing children to a variety of flavours that support healthy eating habits

Our meals and nutrition

At Lili’s Early Learning Centre Hoppers Crossing, we provide nutritious meals prepared fresh onsite every day. Our seasonal menus are designed to give children the energy they need to learn and play, and to introduce them to a variety of healthy foods. We cater for allergies and dietary requirements to ensure every child eats safely and confidently.

Daily communication with families

At Lili’s Early Learning Centre, we believe strong partnerships with families are key to every child’s success. Our educators share daily updates about your child’s experiences, including meals, sleep, nappy changes, and learning activities.

We communicate with families through Storypark, a secure online platform that keeps you connected to your child’s day wherever you are. Parents are invited to join Storypark after enrolment, giving you access to daily photos, learning stories, and important announcements in real time.
